The American Tobiano Overo Association (ATOA) is proud to offer a comprehensive Show Secretary Program designed to support the growth, professionalism, and consistency of ATOA-approved events nationwide.

Our program is tailored for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about the equine industry. ATOA Show Secretaries play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of horse shows, from managing entries to maintaining accurate records and results.

 Training and guidance on ATOA show procedures and standards 

• Experience with show office operations, entries, and recordkeeping 
• Opportunity to work alongside ATOA judges, stewards, and show management 
• Recognition as an official ATOA Show Secretary upon completion 
• Eligibility to serve at ATOA-approved events and shows

 Processing entries and exhibitor information 

• Managing class sheets, results, and point tracking 
• Coordinating with judges and stewards 
• Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of show results 
• Providing professional and courteous service to exhibitors

Individuals with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to professionalism. Previous horse show experience is beneficial but not required.
