Want to start your own State/Regional Club?

An ATOA Charter Club is a locally or regionally organized group that operates under the umbrella of the American Tobiano Overo Association (ATOA). These Charter Clubs play a crucial role in advancing the mission of the American Tobiano Overo Association by promoting Paint Horse heritage, encouraging membership growth, supporting education initiatives, and fostering community involvement.

To apply for a Charter Club under the American Tobiano Overo Association, you must have: 

- A minimum of five (5) ATOA members in good standing 

- At least three (3) adult members (18 years or older) 

- A basic officer structure in place 

- Willingness to operate in alignment with ATOA bylaws and policies, promoting the rich Paint Horse Heritage.

Charter Clubs are expected to: 

- Promote the American Tobiano Overo Association (ATOA) membership and programs 

- Operate ethically and professionally 

- Maintain accurate records and transparent finances 

- Hold meetings (in person or virtual) 

- Submit officer updates and required reports 

- Follow ATOA branding and conduct guidelines while honoring Paint Horse Heritage.
