The Cowboy Committee supports and promotes Paint Horses within the realm of traditional western and working disciplines, emphasizing the importance of paint horse heritage. Its focus areas include ranch work, cow horse, roping, cutting, reining, and versatility events. The Judges Committee Leader and Membership Committee Leader collaborate with the committee to build partnerships with shows and associations, encourage participation from working horse exhibitors, and develop programs that recognize performance, horsemanship, and the practical usability of the Paint Horse.
